£24-£28,000 dependent on experience
Blind Summit Theatre seeks a General Manager to take over the day to day running of the company and to oversee and implement the creative development, planning, and delivery of all Blind Summit Theatre projects in close consultation with the Artistic Directors.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience and will possess strong skills in 1) marketing and media strategy, 2) initiating and negotiating contracts, 3) arranging and booking tours, 4) casting and rehearsal procedures, 5) budget management and oversight, 6) securing funds, and 7) overseeing office administration and staffing.
